The thing is that I called customer care support because of I was facing issue of speed the replied to me that my 3g data limits reached and my 3G plan is deactivated thats the reason for speed down.
In my this months bill airtel has charged me 1000 rs for around 600MBPS 3G data usage that it reached a limit of 4GB. Is that logical that you have to pay for that 3G data service Which has been deactivated. the other thing is that they had charged me for 2G also by saying after 3G data finished I used 2G data. Is that logical that they are charging for deactivated 3G data usage and same time for 2G also. also the speed of that 2G data was that much slow that it couldnt be able to open simple Google page.
The other thing is that while I wanted to check my usage on their Airtel app it was showing error server error every time. Airtel is thinking that people are free that they will spend time on their useless service to try again and again.
Also adding other bad experience that one morning my network was out of service without any reason. when I reached customer care they are saying they stopped my service. when I asked why did u do this they said it was by mistake. and I have to fill forms again file a complain to get the same number again. Fade up with this worst service. Going to switch to another network operator.
Suggesting to other that. Please dont go behind the brand name.
