Airtel customer service is one of the worst that I have seen, worse if you are planning to port out of the service. You will get 100s and 1000s of call and portability to a new network would take months. Each time each agent asks the same question and harasses the customer. Better to throw away the number and get a new number. their customer relationship should be renamed to customer harassment.
The airtel outlet staff does not know to switch on GPRS on the phone and cannot remove the daily charges. They can just recharge the phone.. so what is the service I am getting ? anyone even a chemist can do that !!! If you ask for service they cannot do it and only thing that can be done is calling your cell and just asking baseless questions.
