Airtel Mobile Operator-One of the worst at-least here at University of Hyderabad( Central University), Gachibowli, Hyderabad-500 046.
This Central University has more than 4000 students and 800 employees and most have AIRTEL mobile connections. But still then, the coverage is worst since last year end. Further "Response to Coverage problems are also poor".
I have filed a complaint regarding poor coverage inside university campus, but no any proper response except that, they will give a reference number and tell that that will be rectified "SOON".
My first complaint, some time back LAST YEAR (2012) end (Sorry for not being specific). Second complaint on 27th APRIL, 2013 ref no: 30427302401. Third complaint on 20th NOVEMBER, 2013 ref no: 31120135887,
I am sure this time too, the same history repeats. I don’t know the meaning of "SOON" in Airtel’s Dictionary, I feel, they think its in "FEW YEARS". I am using Airtel mobile network since 2004, coverage problem never happened (at-least in cities).
I feel SORRY that "AIRTEL (pl read as great Airtel’) " could not rectify this issue since last 14 months.
