Long long ago so long ago Airtel was leading the cellular service in the country.


The Question is how about today, ( I am a chennai subscriber). All of a sudden the service became poor. The jokers in the customer care center said stupid answer for it.


Initially I was having a post paid connection I took it by giving a Rs. 500 as deposit , due to their stupidity in sending bills, i complained to all the jokers in customer care center, nothing happened, I wasted my time further by going their head office. at last i converted to pre- paid I am not able to revice my deposit from them (i quited in jan last).


They introduced 9pm to 9am 30 paise scheme this was good and attracted new customers, but all of a sudden they send some stupid sms stating that for maintaining network quality & enable your calls to go through easily they changed to 10pm to 8am . but they suddenly the changed the tariff to 49 paise.


Hello tunes other funny thing in airtel, you have to spent around Rs. 30 to Rs. 40 to select the song and Rs. 30 as monthly rental for it, if you want to unscribe hello tunes you have to spent Rs.30 to Rs.40.


GPRS another blunder by airtel, you have to beg for it to get connected, Once I called to customer care people and ask them to connect to the technical people, the technical joker asked me to restart my mobile phone when its not connecting, (mine is a symbian OS mobile often restarting is not advicable).


For every querry customer care jokers will reply but not the solution but simply some bhla bhla...


people like me are holding the connection only for the number not for their service


people taking new connection please read this review and decide.....
