Hi..I m Twinkle..and have been using Airtel in Delhi for more than 2 years but not because I find it better than the rest but cause others are equally bad in all aspects as Airtel. To begin with, many a times money used to get deducted from my balance for no reason..it has stopped now but I as a student I faced a lot of problems and then the GREAT CUSTOMER CARE..
I find the airtel’s customer care the worst...they just do not care...most of the times one can not get through the customer care number as it is so complex to get through that number ...secondly now a days they do not pick up and say one should sms...the services could not be worse I feel....
A suggestion for airtel would be instead of participating in all the events happening around no way related to airtel...they should concentrate on providing better services to customers so that people chose them with choice not..because they do not have any other choice like I did!!!
