Yes it’s a worst network provider when it comes to customer service. Imagine you have a problem on something and you really try finding our the customer care number, after lot of struggle you try dialing the number.
You literally have figure out yourself, how do I talk to customer representive directly because for the first half an after dialing the number all u get to hear is their annoying recorded voice making you to press numerous to get the right solution for your problem and finally end hanging up the call. This is what happens to me every time I call the customer care number
