Express how?

The nice airtel ad with A R Rehman music somehow managed to convinced me to try airtel’s service. so I gave it a try. in the begininning, everything was fine. call drops were managable to the lavels of 15-20%. billing plans were resonable. CC was OK.


but from the last 4 months, it has been a nightmere. almost each and every call drops. first I thought of handset might be the cause. but I have tried 5 of them. still the problem persists. the CC has been non existant. the customer relationship centers are only payment processing units. whenever you get into one and ask for help, they just show you a phone and ask you to call. the whole point in setting up that center should be providing help directly. even the CC people you talk over the phone are wrong and lazy. it is almost giving a competition to babudom.


when you ask for a plan change, they make you wait till their billing date. then on that day, if that plan is changed/ discontinued, you are in a very bad luck. this has happened to me 2 times.


therefore the service is the WORST I had ever encountered.


please Mr. A R Rehman, check what you are endorsing.


if anyone asks, I recommend any thing except AIRTEL.
