Poor customer service

Although it packs great features and most amazing being 4g usabilty and a swift app it lacks the customer care department.


Speaking for experience I’ve been a daily visitor to their service center for my problems, never my query was solved in one visit.


Even calling them is bit of hassle as instead of direct chatting with an customer care executive you have to press many numbers to get to them, they don’t really bother your time and yes the phone may disconnect any time during the call leading to a lot of irritation. I hope they fix it soon and train their employees well.
