I had airtel numbers and believe me almost every other day I was calling the customer care and telling them that some service has been activated on my number. Not just me, our whole joint family of around 15-20 ppl were having airtel numbers and everyone had same complaint!
Undoubtedly, airtel plans are very expensive. Still they are not satisfied and want to make a big whole in our pockets. That’s the reason they will activate Re 1/day schemes on your number so that you will not even come to know that you are being charged for some unknown & unwanted service. To my wonder, once when I called customer care, I came to know 3 services were active on my number. 2 services of Re. 1/day and one service for Rs. 30/month, out of which, I had opted none!
Pathetic.!
