Hello friends, I’m currently using airtel Mobile operator. And I feel very very disappointed to say that it is the worst network in India.
I’ve recharge for unlimited plan of ₹399, but I’m ubable to use it as per my convenient. Airtel’s network switches automatically 4G to 3G or to 2G, I don’t know why this happens. At first I thought it is my phones problem. But when I tried in a different phone using the my airtel sim the problem still remains as usual.
This is very very disappointed I’m unable to even other numbers. Because of the switching of network.
I’ve contact with the customer care but they said it is temporary problem and will be solved in time. But it has been week but the problems still remains the same.
So, I personally recommend not to buy airtel sim or you might suffer as I have.
