Hlo everyone today I am share my true experience about airtel.I am using this sim about 4 years.I am using dual sim one sim is Jio and another is airtel sim.Airtel sim is just for call recieving.Because this sim is very costly in 2g and 3g and also in 4g.their are monthly pack are also so in hight rates.at this time airtel speed re very less.their are network problem in some places.
If you want to contact customer care you have more time beacuse their are large process to contact the customer care and they not help to solve the problem.1 month ago their are deduct my balance of 150 rupees and I call cusyomer care and after a long process the call is connect to cystomer care and he not help me to return money he did not tell me why my balance deduct.
Their are very high prices for net pack as well as call rates sms packs.i never recommend any one to buy this sim.
