Very bad customer care support

Am using airtel network since two years.am not a satisfied user of this network .Their network connection is very bad.my call is stooping sometimes.so I called the customer care service for reporting this issue.Very week and bad network .but they are only intrested to show advertisemrnts.


First they attended my call very intrestly,


but after the report of the issue my call is keep holding . I called them so many times they said me to wait , we will check it soon , hold on line.But no good respones.they didnt know how to treat their customers.


They are disagree to accept their fault.very bad customer service and they are not intrested to solve the problems of their customers.charges and billing is affordable .but very poor connection .


After a couple of days I understood the fact that they are not intrested to solve the problem.so,


I ported my sim to bsnl.
