I am using airtel postpaid since last two years. The network is not so good. Many times it is not reachable. They had also promised about free missed call alerts but I didn’t get any. I have complained many times and they too registered always. Still it is same. No improvement and no fulfilment. I have got irritated but no use. Internet network is also very poor.
Data runs very slow. And I don’t have any hope of improvement. Customer service only used to do one thing registration of complaints. Sorting out is never done. They even don’t have special offers for customers to enjoy the service. Hence it is comparatively costlier. I will never recommend anybody to go for it.
