OBJECTIONABLE WORDS USED BY AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE

It is very disheartening to report such an incident against airtel. a company that has been making its name by providing excellent services.


On 27-09-14 at around 7:30 pm I had called up airtel customer care at 121 for reporting an issue about one airtel no, which is currently on roaming from uttarakhand to delhi.


I had recharged the no. with Rs. 79/-(as mentioned in your website for incoming free on roaming). Even though money was deducted from main balance to an amount of Rs. 400/-.


When I called up the customer care, I was told that the roaming free recharge is of Rs. 73 and not Rs. 79/- but when I told that it is there in airtel’s website that the roaming recharge is of Rs. 79 he placed my call on hold and told me to talk to his senior.


The senior picked up the call but didnt make any conversation instead the call was disconnected.When I again called up the customer care no. a person picked up the call and sounded too rude, I told him that I am fed up of making calls again and again and demanded solution to the problem.


The started misbehaving which made me angry and I told him to mind his work and provide the information I need, to which he used completely illegal and objectionable words and said "yaha information lene ke liye call kiya hai ya bhac* karne ke liye" and " information apni gaan* me lele". I am shocked to hear such words on customer care portal and that too of airtel.


I demand action against this unsocial element and need to know what has been done on this. I will report this case to the apex and make sure that action is initiated against this guy.


I asked the name of that guy to which he said somethng which I couldnt hear(probably bhupendra) and when I asked him to repeat he denied and said mai ek hi baar bolta hu.


I demand from you to bring out the call recording and take action against this guy.I am shocked to see that airtel has hired such people. God save airtel.I am going to close this airtel no. and all airtel no.s I have.
