This is the thuggery of Airtel. I cancelled my Airtel connection in March 09. They ran around trying to convince me to stay with Airtel. The usual behavior of waking up after the damage has been done. A few months later in June I got my card debited for some amount.
I raised a stink. The amount was NOT credited back. Just last month they did it again. I have written mail communication that my ECS has been stopped in April. Yet they continue to fleece for a service that was NOT rendered. I have a sane mind to take Airtel to court for having caused mental agony. Their website does not provide the contact details as the dropdown box of location does not fill with the city information. So one is not able to proceed. Ah!!! The devious ways of the corporates to fleece the customers.
Mr. Bharati Mittal is pipe dreaming when he says that his vision is to be the most valued service provider for its customers. This is the joke of the year and possibly of the decade.
