I have been having intermittent broadband connectivity all day yesterday and today. I am a new Airtel customer (about a week and a half) and was given two numbers for customer care.
I am an American and do not speak Tamil. I called the two numbers given to me, and the recorded message (presumably "for x service press one, for y service press two", etc) but the announcement was only in Tamil, with no alternative.
I tried other phone numbers which I found on Google, but no answer at any of those. So, care is good or not, since I cant reach anyone except a Tamil language pre-recorded message. Not great customer care.
