I bought an Airtel prepaid card in delhi. and the call drop rate has been phenomenal. I think these guys keep their networks bad just to get more money with more calls.
Am here in delhi for just 2 weeks, so I thought id stick with this and bought 2 recharge cards of Rs. 324 each. Now I am not able to top up my sim.
i always get the error - This option is not available at this time, please try again later.
the call center guy (whom I could contact after trying for 10 minutes), told me theyd look into it, it would probably take 48 hours. Ive got just 4 days left in Delhi.
What a waste. I have been trying the airtel number for 20 minutes now. no success. 2 calls just dropped.

ok, I need to continue typing as the review cannot be less than 150 words. So here goes:
The airtel website is of no help at all - I had to google to find the airtel customer service number. I thought at least that info would be available on the recharge card.
from the reach airtel link,
there ave the customer support and feedback link but it only opens up a feedback form. you cannot finf any contact numbers for customer support.
what poor design ! !
i finally found the customer support number (dial 121 or 9810012345) is not available half the time. (all lines are busy, call again later)
