I m using this airtel service since 10 years. it is having good range all over the india. Even in rural areas of india. Since that time about 5 years I used as prepaid connection. But I m using it as postpaid. It is having good range, good service. I like its 4G network which is pretty strong. it is having good voice quality when on call. it provide good service when we got any problem related to network and billing. But I don’t like its calling, internet and sms recharge rates its very high. low class persons cannot afford that rates. airtel should reduce at least calling and internet rates so everyone can us this. I also don’t like its biling services, I mean it increases little but amount of bill in our every monthly plans even we had less amount of call, sms and internet.They adds bills intentionally in our bills.
