I use Airtel since 2 years ago and I am not satisfied with their service or their service or product provided by the company.
I am leave on Padampur district bargarh state Orissa Airtel is one of the best mobile phone service operator in our circle
Sometime the network and their service was very bad but after 1 and 2 hour they solve the problem and repair it.
Only one thing about the Airtel is the price of the product and recharges are very high.
Never felt this jio comes into the market Airtel also reduce the the price of their service.
The customer care service of Airtel is also very good they are a very responsive. And they also sort out problem within few hours. Sometime the call to the customer care doesn’t connect it is very irritating.
Overall I like this service and Airtel so I use it as my primary number.
