First of all you people should understand the level of frustration provided by airtel if a person is taking out sometime from his daily busy schedule to type all this. One day suddenly my phone stopped working and when I spoke to airtel cust care they said that the documents are not proper and that is the reason they have suspended the number. I didn’t receive any phone call or an sms regarding the same and suddenly my number stopped working .
When I told the same to the supervisor there, he was least bothered about my concern. I also told him that I have this number from years and if there was a problem with the documents they should have contacted me when I took the connection. He had no answer to this and started to tell me that it is related to trai .
I even contacted the applet team and spoke to a rep by name rohit and he was also not able to solve this issue. I am going to get a new vodafone connection and a humble request to all the people reading this review is " please do not get an airtel connection".
Some people learn by others mistakes and some by their mistakes. People who learn by others mistakes are called smart people.
So be smart and avoid airtel.
