I have been using Tata Docomo since last three years but have recently joined new office in Pune which has worst coverage for Docomo so I had to search for other mobile service provider. Airtel was wonderful here. so purchased a new simcard for using Internet while im here.
Checked for internet plans on airtels website it was 98 Rs for 1 GB data with 30 days validity. You can google for airtel online rechage and this page comes up. Recharged from there for 98 Rs and recievd 650 Mb data and 21 days vaildity. I called up 198 to check what was wrong, someone named Rupal Thakur(floor Manager) rechecked the webpage which had misleading information & convinced me that he would lodge complaint and I would get remaining 350 Mb and 9 days added validity but I never recieved any thing.
Instead they have avoided my call on 198 permanently. My airtel no is 7387892655 and complaint no is CBNRAK0110881194. Can someone from Airtel help me why this query was marked as resolved and no one bothered to even check this.
