Worst service,worst customer care experience

Hi I am using airtel sim card since 2 years and I was very happy to have it in first year.in second year their service tumbling. I have no idea why their is issues with network even in airtel company. I was shocked when I asked to their Customer care executive about this problem. they always had only one answer which is our core team is working over that location so may be you get some problem.even though that problem is always persists, they tell me this repeated answers.however I manage this problem any how.but after some times this problem comes again and again.


their customer service is of level zero ratings. whenever you want to register a complaint on their 198 number, you have to wait for at least 30 minutes to talk with their Customer care executives.this is seriously a mind shaking experience I have.


now talking about their recharges, i dot think airtel give good experience in this category also.i recharged by 169 rupees in my airtel number, airtel app shows me that in this recharge you have been given a validity of 28 days with full talktime and 500 mb internet per day.but when I recharged it gave me the validity of only 14 days.that’s not fair.


I seriously go to port out this number as soon as possible.
