I used airtel Mobile network for minimun 1 year. Airtel’s network was good but call rates were very high. when I ask the retailer he told me get 35/p call rates in 130 rs. after got my recharge they activated my recharge after 24 hours.
Even just in 20 days I got a msg from airtel msg was your recharge validity is expired when I ask the coustmer care they told me recharge was just for 20 days not for per month. when I ask the retailer he also told me recharge was for 1 mnth but I don’t knw wht happened. also Airtel’s internet speed was very slow. so finally I convert my connect to idea. so overall it was my bad expericne with airtel. I am not suggesting anyone to use airtel mobile services.
