Dismission of service without intimation

From December 2009, I am using Airtel Prepaid connection. At the time of taking the connection, I had submitted duly filled application along with Photograph and Proof. But 3 months back, I had received messages and calls from Airtel people that my documents are not as per the government norms. Due to that one, I had again submitted application along with Photograph and proofs at their customer service centre. After submission of application also, I had received several messages and IVR calls from the service provider to submit the application. Then, I spoke to the customer care and explained the problem. I had given the application no. also the customer care people. They confirmed me that it is mass calling and there is no problem to me with that one.


After 3 months, again I had received message for submission of application along with photo and proofs. On the same day, they had suspended my outgoing service without any intimation. When I had called them, they are saying that Verification dept. had rejected my proofs due to invisibilty in proofs. I am unable to understand what the verification people are doing from December’09. I found so many people are facing the same problem with this operator. And they are confirming that number portability is also not possible on this no. for 90 days because the outgoing services are suspended.


When I am trying to get connected to the Customer care, my call is being disconnected.
