I Bought Two Prepadi Airtel Prepaid Number(967766xxxx & 967744xxxx) SIM Cards from Manimaran, 967722xxxx for the price of 3000.
After few months my mobile lost and when I went to Airtel showroom to get a duplicate SIM they told that these two numbers are not registered in my name.
with shock when I checked the person who sold me the numbers, he told I resignded from Airtel, So please check with Airtel showroom, I again tried to escalate this case to Airtel through complaint registration through their website, they sent me mail stating these numbers are registered in my name.
but when I checked in airtel showroom they told one number is not active, I am going to file a Consumer Case with chennai consumer court, But these people will realised their mistake only when their business go to downtrend, so I am boycotting all Airtel related products, I know this won’t make anychange immediately, but sure they will fall by the poor customer care of them.
