I purchased the karbonn a21 last month. as the TV commercial said that Karbonn is giving unlimited 2G data and 500 mb 3G data with Airtel. After confirmation with airtel customer care, I got the phone and put my airtel sim.
I got the data for the first month on my airtel mobile number 9460040242. In the second month, my internet was not working. I tried to recharge but it was not done.
I went to service center of karbonn and airtel both. both are blaming each other.
I post mail to airtel and karbonn but no one is responding. When I asked to customer care of airtel they said there is no service like that in airtel. even I never got any data like this before. Now who is the liable of this poor service that I am not getting the data for rest 5 months.
