I am very much upset that my outgoing / incoming has been stopped on 12-10-2013 due to unsuccessful address verification. While it was already informed by your person Mr. Ugrasen (Re: FOR UGRASEN [|BAL|Qrc103101315102321023704|]) that my address verification has been done, and no problems faced.
You people are fraud. Airtel is big fraud company. I paid service tax to the company and I am getting world class worst service by Airtel, how it can be possible, that I am getting the bill on same address which your executive have fill in my address verification form?? Airtel employee has done mistake who has taken my document and not submitted full details.
I am from Big Media Group, I have given all detail at the time of submission, without any intimation you ppl have stopped my service. This is to inform you, that I have marked cc to TELECOM AUTHORITY OF INDIA also, that if I am paying thousands of rupees in bill but no one is accountable from Airtel side. The only msg comes, we will revert you shortly.
