For a change, I would like to share my good experience with Airtel Customer Care Service with others. I realised recently that last two months Rs. 50 was deducted from my balance without realising what it was exactly for. Of course, I remember receiving two messeges thanking me to use "Voice Chat Service". I had never activated this particular service, so didnt give much importance to these messeges. Yesterday after viewing some other review on Airtel.
I decided to contact the customer care of Airtel and explained them about the deduction of Rs. 50 from my balance. They agent sounded very apologetic and promised to deactivate the service and give me a refund of the amount within 24 hrs. I was more interested in deactivating the service as I was not hoping to get back the amount. To my surprise.. today morning, I noticed that Rs. 50 has been refunded back to my account. This incident shows that if properly pursued the customer misgivings could be sorted out.
