Hi all.Ritu here.I had a terrible experience with Airtel.I would like to share my experience with u all. I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel on the 14th of April 2017.
I had been promised unlimited outgoing and incoming call while in Bangalore(where I reside) and in roaming too. It was a plan of 549 with a rental discount of 200(screenshot attached).
Since 22nd of May I m out of Karnataka hence in roaming. I was aware that my call in roaming is free as committed. But two days back Airtel messaged me saying that my plan has been deactivated. I havent done so. I tried to contact the Airtel customer care but they couldnt help me with any solution. Today I got a bill of 1096 saying that I have to pay it within 24hours else my service would be blocked(screenshot attached). After a conversation of 45 mins with customer care, I got no solution. I told them that I shall complain to all the required places. They said okay madam.
I hereby attach the screenshots as a proof of all the nonsense and injustice that I m ungoing. Airtel is supposed to be such a big shot telecommunications service provider but I m sorry to say.its basically a show-off.its good for nothing.please donot believe in commitments made by Airtel.its utter nuisance.
