I’m using Airtel since more than 10 years now. I never faced any issue regarding the false billing or poor customer care service. Customer care service is also good and very helpful. As a suggestion for improvement, they should take the queries for the number from the different circle in any customer care around India.
Network coverage is satisfactory, though can be improved. I trust Airtel and never felt like switching to other service.
