It has been 30 days since I made the complaint at Airtel with 4 complaints for the same problem. And till date no one has turned up at my place from Airtel side. The best part is that after 5 days, I get a message from Airtel that your problem is resolved whereas no one from airtel even came at my place. I have the complaint nos also with me:

I have never seen such a customer service where no one responds. When it comes to take a new connection, then they would come up at your place and install internet asap. But when it comes to listening to customer problems then they wont respond.
Do Airtel even know something like " Customer LifeTime Value" or has the company has only one principle to trap customers and forget them.
When it comes to taking Bill then they send message on the date and reply back if u dont pay on time. With such an attitude, its sure Airtel wont be able to survive in India for long.
