I have been using airtel mobile service for more than 3 years the network’s condition is very poor. In tv advertisement they are showing 4g network is working in remote areas but its 3g is also not working properly.They are making innocent person s fool! The other problem is their very poor customer service. They don’t give costumers good service. They also make is fool by showing fake messages and the same thing happened with me on 31 match 2017 a message came on my ph. number from airtel displaying you will get 4GB data for 28days at 148 rs so I went to airtel office and made recharge for the same plan but got only 600MB for only15 days. They are making customers fool. So I’m very disappointed for assorted poor service.
