Ive been airtel loyal customer ever since I bought my first mobile and was still a big an until recently when things have changed drastically in Airtel customer service.
Airtel network has now gone to worst as I never have full signals and in my house there is always only 1 signal and because of that I have to go out to attend any call or call anybody.
From last 1 year I have been facing so much network problem that no I have to port it to another network.
Whenever I call their service centre for network complain or any recharge offers they first put on hold for almost 15 minutes before talking to their service provider. And now many app theu dont have airtel recharge options like amazon , paytm, phone pe etc.
I ill give 2 out of 5 just for previous reputation.
