FRAUD COMPANY

Using airtel from last 6years in prepaid mode but in Aug when I make it postpaid, services become hell 100 times I call customer support but nobody make me clear about my plan details they always says will arrange callback within next 48 working hours and that never came. E verytime I called up these guys and they were not able to provide my any kind of resolution and after 90 days when I try to switch to Idea these guys started calling me 10 times a day that I am their platinum customer they will provide me resolution that they could give me a waiver on my bill amount.


If they treat Platinum customer in this way don’t know how they would treat their normal customer, As per Idea network, they told me that Airtel has not given approval for MNP when I called up these guys they said we already released your no again I went to Idea care they told me still its not approvedContractual Obligation Form is yet not deactivated by Airtel then I again called up these guys they asked me to go to Airtel outlet and today when I went there they refused they can’t do the same for me, and try to make me fool again that you have to send mail to so and so and it will again take 90 days.


To Hell with your ServicesPostpaid Services are very poor and your Customer Support Executive are ridiculous,  to hell with your services, saala port out bhi nai krne de rahe hain
