Airtel refuses to settle my deposit against Bill inspite of multiple request. Although customer care guys take the request/complaint but they do not act on it. No responsibility/professionalism. Its more than 6 months no clue whether they are really going to return my money and settle against bill. All they provide is reference numbers but no action been taken.
I spoke to manager named Usha and Sameer, they promised and said good words like within 48 hours action would be taken, but they are Airtel people. List of reference numbers on this issue. 15535145, 15940867, 16020372, 16274368, 16274487, 664972601, 666834740, 669860571, 669850208. I dont understand if these are cooked up numbers and take customers for granted. They ensured that I would be getting calls from their respective department within 48 hours, but in the end it is I who have call their customer care and they take a fresh request instead of updating me the status on the last request/complaint.
