Fraudsters and Worst CRM

Hey friends I just want to share my experience with Airtel, I was using airtel since 2012 so u can understand that I was a very happy customer of airtel till this incident happened to me.


Wat happened is I recharged my phone amount to Rs. 300 on 19th march 2016 via freecharge and there is a service of Airtel* 121# where u can see your special offers for your number and there was a special offer for my number in which they were giving me 1.5 gb 3g data for rs. 285 and I recharged it but I only recieved 1 gb data so just to know the actual balance I called to their customers care number 198 and their customer executive picked the call and I told him my issue and he accepted it that yes u recieved less data and we tranfer your call to our senior executive and he will do the appropriate and then the senior executive also accepted the problem and recorded my issue and he promised me to give my remaining balance till 22 march.


And on 22 march no balance was credited to my a/c. So I waited for a little longer time till 25 march but nothing was happened so I little frustated called customer care again n told the executive my issue and also told him dat ur senior executive promised me dat my data would received till 22 match so again he transferred the call to the senior executive and this time the executive told me that no recharge of rs. 285 was done on my mobile and he stuck on his words like a stubborn and after a little arguement he cut the call.


and then I called again just after 2 minutes and again d same process was going first I talk to cce and dn he transferred d call to senior cce and dis time he came up wid some interesting thing he told me dat I need to talk to their counsellor for understanding their plans and dats d last thing he can do for me and I was too much frustated till dat time I asked him how to port the number and he cut d call.


Now I port my airtel number to vodafone and my experience wid airtel was hell now. It looks like they cant handle their success very well and I hope dis message would come into the eyes of their senior level officers and may be they do righteous.  And I also enclosed the screenshot of the recharge amount.
