I have been Airtel customer for the last 15 years and it was corporate connection. For the last three years I changed it to my personal with the permission of my organisation. The customer support by Airtel is horrible .each time different person responds and they don’t understand anything not they seems to be qualified about technicality of issues etc. The nodal officer are still worse.
Every time there used to be some cheating in billing and when reported first they say it is correct and after writing mails some person will understand that they have cheated and that person promises that it will be revered but nothing will happen and same cheating repeats again in following months too. Finally I ported out because it is never ending cheating. I found that my spouse got data bill even though data is not active in her phone and they revered it after taking up the matter however the same issue repeated again next month too and I need to port out that phone also.
It is unfortunate that TRAI is not cancelling license of such cheater.
