Couple of months back I had airtel connection.but I found so many bad thing about airtel first of all they deducted balance without any resone when I called to the customer care they didn’t tell me the exact resone why they deducted my balance.truly speaking I didn’t have any activated servive in my mobile.this incident make me sad and at the same time it’s make me angry.another thing is the cost.if you have enough money the you can use airtel otherwise not because of the price of all the package.now the good thing about airtel which is the 3G network coverage.i think airtel has the largest 3G coverage in India.
