I am from kolkata and am 32yrs old.My name is Vishal ChoudharyIv been using an airtel connection for over 8yrs now but recently for the past 3 weeks I was having a terrible connectivity problem with airtel connection.
My numbler was out to all my friends family work place and everybody known to me, but due to the technical hazards my contacts with all of the above mentions was affected badly.It has happened many a times that im standing right under the airtel tower and my phone shows no network.when I called up the customer care, they say that they have been trying to upgrade their system to 3G as they did not do it earlier,
So, they problems were coming and have told me a tentative date when the problems will solved but till date nothing has happened.Finally I had no other options other then using the MOBILE NUMBER PORTABILITY and change my service provider.I stiill have 2 airtel post paids connection used by my brother and his wife but inspite of having a number I had to buy them another number with a competiror service provider so that atleast our communication is not hampered.even
