Disappointed

I hear that Airtel is a good company so I buy a sim card to know about the experience personally before buying the simcard m call to the customer care to know about the 4G capabilities in my area they said yes that in your area Airtel 4G service are available then I bought the simcard.After buying a simcard do recharge of 84 days paln then I check internet speed .the speed is too low as 2G then I call for customer care to resolve my problem then he told me a that your sim is not 4G supply some technical problem please replace it then your network work properly.After two days my sim work on 4G in city but not work at my town so I then again called customer care executive to resolve my issue then he said that your complaint we have registered and solve it in 3-5 days.After 10 days my issue not solved then I called again then he again told and give again 3-5 days so that things are not good to not resolving the issue of customer.After 23 days my issue solved so it take long time to solve my issue
