I had use airtel network from 2 years . in our area airtel has very bad network coverage. Every time network gone and come in my.mobile. net speed is too slow. In their tv add they show that airtel has very wide network coverage but in our even in city area no network. I call costmer care many time to resolve my problem but they don’t take any action about that problem. Many time they deduct my balance without any services activation and when I call them to refund my balance airtel reply so unprofessional and when I ask to connect me with their senior they disconnect the call. Very bad network I have ever seen in my life.
