I bought one airtel number this year. After verifying everything number got active and when all of friends got my new number. Suddenly network problems started. Customer care services were ok. I was sick of contacting customer care services about network coverage. But there was only one answer that sir there might not be airtel signal tower in your locality thats why you are facing such a problem. But that is non of my business. If you guys are charging me this much for any plan then you should take care of whether your customers are satisfied or not. After using it for 2 months I decided to change my portability into some other network and I changed it to Vodafone. Now m very much satisfied with cellular services of Vodafone and they is no network problem with it now.
