Last week I have recharged my mobile with an unlimited package from Airtel. In order to avoid disconnection I have done it 5 days before the validity expiry. Cleverly they have activated the current recharge from the same day. In that way they have reduced my 5 days validity. By chance I have noticed the same, immediately I have tried to reach them over 121. May be 20 or more times I have tried. But the same message repeats. Getting a customer executive is a nightmare. Then I have wrote an email to them. Saying that my email is not linked with my phone number, no any action taken. Then I have linked my email and with a screenshot of the same second time e-mailed them. Till now no any response. Airtel has a worst and useless customer service. They never bothered to help the customers. I just want to share this experience with you all. Beware of such fraud from Airtel.
