My family and I have been with Airtel for as long as I can remember, but I guess it’s time for me to switch.
I’ve been receiving calls rom Airtel regarding some Airtel number that hadn’t been paid off, and to my horror, was in my name. The address wasn’t mine, though, and my current number was on the call list of that particular number - That’s how they got in touch with me.
Now - it’s been ages since it all began - the loser who took that connection hasn’t paid it off. Quite obviously I’m still trying to drive sme sense into Airtel - If my number is on the dialled numbers list, how can I be the one making the calls, but they don’t seem to understand.
Here’s what I wish I could say to Airtel -
Their verification procedure has too many loopholes if someone managed to get a connection in my name.
They lack common sense! It’s time they removed their head from their arse and started looking at facts.
Their customer service sucks and their reps cannot talk in any given language.
Their network - well, there isn’t any where I live.
They don’t listen to complaints. so there seems to be no use to my writing reviews here coz they’ll close their eyes to it anyway.
Whatever - should any of you have any such tales to tell, I’d be glad to know.
