AIRTEL MOBILE OPERATOR - COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED

I have been using Airtel from last 1 year till the Jio arrived in the market my I purchased the sim in 2015 with lots of expectation I belong from a middle class family so I have a limited pocket money too so I can barely invest money in phone calling


Well my father has decided the limit of my Recharge so I have to plan accordingly but everytime I recharge my sim they always activate some services without asking to me.


And when I complain about this they just don’t respond me well and say that sir this is due to technical problem or u have activated this plan


When I asked them to return my money they never return it and my situation was like my father would scold me if I say him about this so I only have to wait for next month that’s how they have harrashed me


The network of Airtel is so bad it always get to the emergency mode and I think they only invest money in making add which claims them to be best in the market!


These all are false add guys I have being harrashed by this company for almost a year during my student life.


They dont have any good plans too and call rates are always high even when u have top-up plan still they charge the same !


U have to waste ur 30 mins daily with there costumer execute . Now the worst thing about costumer care service is that u have to pay to talk to the costumer care executive with high calling rates.


Well this company only works for profit maximisation not for costumer satisfaction though they claim that costumer are important to them but when u are there costumer u will realize they just don’t care about they just care about there profit with you!


So as you seen my experience with this company so I will reccomend to chose ur operator wisely!
