Re-updating my ratings for airtel :)
I posted this same issue to 121@in.airtel.com I got 72rs credited back to acc :) Thanks to [ Avinash Doddmani Siddalingappa, customtakeouter Care, Bharti Airtel Limited] Before five months I subscribed to Airtel Local/STD SMSPack 36 Rs.
What airtel used to do 3 days before expiry is they send message like "Nameste! Your 3000 Local/STD SMSPack at Rs36 will be auto renewed in 3 days on your airtel mobile.
To stop this pack, dial ***333*0#** or **text STOP to 121** So when I am in need of pack I dont dial or message them they take 36 rs on next day to expiry
But Before three months I was not in need of this pack and when I dialed mostly I get Error 512 temply not available or service down in addition if you message STOP to 121 - I get message saying "Kindly note there are no services active on your Airtel number". To ’START’ a service, SMS ’START’ to 121Believing this earlier I thought there were no services, but they used to 36rs This is happening for last two months
And today to end this menace when I called 121 there is no option to talk to customtakeouter operator . I called to Airtel customtakeouter care from my friend’s post paid and they gave me 98940989** - Which is a invalid number :( :(
Somehow my friend helped me to reach a customtakeouter care executive and they are advising me to dial *333*0# or send ’STOP’ to 121 as if I dint try anything and calling them. I have asked them to deactivate auto renewal when asked about refund for earlier pack they told they cant do. I merely might have used 20 messages :( outta 3000 messages for last two months
Really I am cheated by airtel auto renewal fraud and unable to stop it by myself and I could not contact them easily And when I called 121 I heard airtel is no 1 brand something bluff I doubt the issuer seriously ! Is there any way to get my RS 72 back ?? If not I have to think of switching to some other network :(
My request to Bharti Airtel - Pls dont cheat your customtakeouters in name of auto renewal what u r doing is FRAUD
