Ive been using airtel network since last 5 years on my 3G mobile phone and I was a satisfied customer but from last two years since theyve introduced their 4G network theyve troubled me a lot.
Earlier the Airtel network did pay some attention towards the plans and offers for 3G and 2G network users because people still exist who use it, but now no new plans are being introduced.
Either the rates are very high or the plans validity simply appears insufficient.
Recently they had launched a plan of Rs. 348 which they told me to provide 1gb of data per day for 84 days and I did confirm this by talking to customer care.
As the time passed and after 20 days I received a message that the validity if your plan is about to be over surely this wasnt something I had expected.
I talked with the customer care people they told me since I was having a 3G phone thats why this happened as the plan was meant for the 4G devices only.
If the plan wasnt meant for me then why did I get the notifications about it and why wasnt I told about it at the time I confirmed it.
The Airtel network has at times reduced my balance just because of certain services which I never activated and they kept on reducing telling it was auto renewed.
Surely this is the worst and most expensive network of India this is not expected from them.
