Last week I had a problem with my connection and the customer care at the Santhome, Chennai customer care office is really horrible.
The manager does not bother to treat a customer as a customer. After three visits, I asked for escalation of my problem to higher authority and he told me that there is nobody higher than him. I got my problem attended after sending a mail to the MD of airtel!
The customer care mobile numbers of Airtel Tamilnadu including their Appellate authority are so cleverly filled with prerecorded messages that they make sure you will never reach a human being. The recorded message asks you for a 11 digit complaint number whereas the complaint number they give you on the net is not 11 digit!I wish Airtel improve their services.
