We had been using airtel since years and from 2 month airtel is sending 10 times higher bills for broadband services. We use to get 3k bill, since 2 month it is 25k and 27k. We asked them for amount and they replied that you have used the connection this much. Even they had mention the huge usages for the holidays as well which is not any logic. Airtel is not all over the india and now creating their monopoly that do whatever airtel can do with the customers...
They are worst and services are not recommended to anybody. There is no body who entertain these complain. There numbers for the complain are always down. According to the airtel. Somebody deepak is there who takes care these complaint but sorry to say deepak is not there since month to take any complaint..
Airtel is worst and airtel should stop doing this otherwise indian will sue them for the bad services.. I am sure that they airtel staff do manipulation with the customer account and charge much from them..
