I simply say Airtel harass the customers and now Im a victim of that.
Recently I have converted my number from post-paid to pre-paid at Pune, Maharastra. And it took 12 days for conversion. And the story does not ends here. On 13th Day I have paid Rs 196/- for lifelong prepaid which has Rs 100/- talk time. And when I paid that money at Airtel customer service center at Aundth they (a lady) told me with in 1hr, yes 1 hr your number will be activated for incoming+outgoing.
But today is 3rd day after that and I have already made 10-15 calls and each and every time they say sir it will be done with in 1 hour. But till now thay have NOT DONE it and now when I call them they are saying "WRONG NUMBER". Is 020 - 40058080 is the wrong number to Airtel customer service center at Aundh, Pune ?
Mr Mittal are you hearing this ? Your employees simply harass a customers like me. Is there anyone here to listen me.
TRAI: Please implement number portability asap.
